Some people have clapped and some have laughed. I was not a very good research scientist!

My research is still relatively new so I have been able to present very often but the chances I have had have proved very positive and people seem to be very interested in my work.

I’ve had mixed responses! Some people are very keen on my findings and are willing to believe them, but some people reject them because they don’t think they’re physically possible. Many famous scientists have had these mixed responses to their findings however, so it’s important to remember that good science will always speak for itself in the end, no matter what the initial reaction may be!

The field in which I work is pretty new and an area in which there is a lot of excitement at the moment. Generally I find the response to my research is very positive. The main thing which people want to know is how is it going to impact them/society?
