      I think there could be, but we would need world leaders to make a lot of changes, not just scientists.

      I think that it is unlikely that we will be able to stop global warming in the next decade. There is a lot of work to do from both world leaders and scientists and hopefully this will be done as soon as possible but probably over a decade.
